WHAT IS BuKASIN PROPERTIES?
We are a real estate development company operating within the residential, commercial spaces of the real estate retail sector. We also provide real estate advisory services, as well as construction services ably furnished by our Construction team.

We have our estate projects in different parts of the State; from Festac to Lekki and the New Lagos — The Lagos — Ibadan axis, more particularly the Mowe area (Which is more appropriately located under Ogun State).
Our tentacles spread beyond Lagos as we have very strong presence in other states like Anambra, Enugu, Imo, Asaba, and some other states in the country
HOW DO I INVEST?
We currently have 5 projects with over 1,000 plots of land mainly for residential and commercial purposes.
Our estate tours are slated for Thursday & Saturdays by 8am. Please call in to schedule an inspection.
Upon concluding your inspection, a sales representative would be on hand to guide you through to the end of your investment transaction and will furnish you with all necessary information including our payment plan options and documentation process.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?
We offer a spread payment of up to 12 months for the plots of land.

WHAT TITLE DOCUMENTS DO YOU PROVIDE?
All our estate offerings carry authentic titles, usually a Registered Survey, Certificate of Occupancy, or a Governor’s Consent, depending on the estate.
