- Click on “my account”
- Then, tap on “add property”.
- Add the required details for the property you want to sell and publish.

- Title – This should contain a brief introduction to the property being listed. It should not contain the price or location, estate name or category (for sale, for rent, etc.) of the property. Here are examples of a model title:

- Details of the property confirmed in the Title, Category, Type, Subtype, Bedrooms and Description sections should be consistent. Here is an example: Title: Luxury 3 Bedroom House with Excellent Facilities Category: For Rent Type: House Subtype: Semi-detached Bedroom: 3 Description: We have a beautiful, fully furnished 3 bedrooms semi-detached house in a serene location available immediately for rent
- Street/Road/Estate should only be used to confirm the address of the property, including the Estate name and should not include the description of the property, state, locality or area where the property is located.
- Listing the same property on multiple occasions is not allowed. Each property should only be listed once. If you have more than one identical property, you should list them under one listing and specify in the title and description the total number available. For example Title: 2 Newly Built Bedroom Flat (Four available)
- Deleting and re-listing a property is not allowed. You can make changes to an existing listing by updating it.
- Listing multiple unidentical properties under one listing is not allowed. Your listing should only have details of one property type. Here is an example of what is considered multiple listings in one and is not allowed.
